This is a pub, open only on Thursday nights, that is unlike any other. Jim and Kae Ryan welcome everyone for a night of music, singing, story-telling and the craic (fun), as they say. You never know what will happen or who you will meet. The crowd can be eight-year-olds learning the fiddle to 88-year-olds singing an old song, locals who have been coming there for years, or a tourist from half way around the world making their own kind of pilgrimage!
It’s not sign-posted or advertised, there are no neon lights leading the way, so getting there is half the fun!
Music starts some time after 9pm and visitors should stay until at least midnight to make sure they can partake in the sandwiches that are served.
