Kinnagoe Beach, near Mossy Glen in the Inishowen Peninsula, is a spectacular beach, and well isolated from the teeming tourist crowds. It’s soft, sandy beach is a haven from the rocky outcroppings, and you can see for miles over the sea into the distance.
One of the ships of the Spanish Armada, the Trinidad Valencera, sank off the coast here in 1588.
