For the last 25 years, Fethard has been home to a notable car boot sale (flea market). Items range from antiques to laundry soap to parakeets. There is a small cafe on site, a large parking lot behind, and a very nice playground for the kids.
The gates open at 11am and stallholders are usually packing up at 3pm. There is a Folk Museum on the site, but it hasn’t been open the few times I’ve been in Fethard.
